The new T200 came in via UPS yesterday, and after charging the battery and reading through the manual, I had to give it a shot … even though it was getting late.
So I took a quick test shot in low light with relatively high ISO and no flash, while standing precariously (and I’m sure swaying) on my sofa. The shot is of a painting with a lot of complexity and gradations, and I’m pretty pleased it turned out at all.
(Three cheers for optical image stabilization!)
I look forward to taking this extremely portable camera with me wherever, whenever, and getting some pretty cool shots …

Seriously though, it is mindboggling how much digital camera technology has advanced.
