Google class-action lawsuit email

I recently received an email from clicksettlement@xmr3.com claiming that I could be a party to a class-action lawsuit.

It looks reasonably legit, but phishing scams are a dime a dozen these days, and XMR3.com resolves to this email marketing firm.

This court-ordered notice may affect your legal rights. Please read it carefully. If you purchased online advertising from Google between January 1, 2002 and the present, you are a class member in a class-action lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas. This notice is to inform you of the Court’s certification of a class; the nature of the claims alleged; your right to participate in, or exclude yourself from, the class; a proposed settlement; and how you can claim an award of advertising credits under the settlement. Please read the attached notice.

You can get more information at: http://www.clicksettlement.com.

The Click Settlement website looks legit and does not ask for any personal information – at least not yet. All it actually says right now is to return on June 19. It does have an 800 number (800-899-6701) that appears to check out … though I did not ask to speak to a live operator.

The email contains the same information multiple times in 22 different languages, and a 2-page PDF attachment. (Here’s the enclosure.)

If you purchased online advertising from Google between January 1, 2002 and the present, you are a class member in a class- action lawsuit, Lane’s Gifts and Collectibles et al. v. Google, Inc. et al., Case No. CV-2005-52-1, in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas. This notice is to inform you of the Court’s certification of a class; the nature of the claims alleged; your right to participate in, or exclude yourself from, the class; a proposed settlement; and how you can claim an award of advertising credits under the settlement. If you purchased online advertising from Google on behalf of another party, please forward this notice to the advertiser.

My question is: is this legit? A couple Google searches brought up this page, which is inconclusive.
