Global Cyber Monday sales hit $30 billion, according to Salesforce. That’s up 13% from last year. In the U.S., sales hit $8 billion, up 11% from last year.
The average discount rate for Cyber Monday sales? 30%, Salesforce says.
More interesting, however, is that artificial intelligence is providing a significant boost to retail sales.
