Dang John, this is just WRONG, in so many ways, but unfortunately it is also so TRUE in many cases. I’ve called some of our partners with requests, and often this is how well level 1 support handles my call. Please, give me someone who can articulate the solution AND understand the problem.
But is so very, very funny that overall I wonder if we don’t have a net positive benefit to society. 🙂
