- Words: Amazon said via Twitter that “the inequitable and brutal treatment of Black people in our country must stop. Together we stand in solidarity with the Black community — our employees, customers, and partners — in the fight against systemic racism and injustice.”
- Actions: There is no record of any donation from Amazon in the Amazon pressroom, or on the company’s Twitter account. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos’ last tweet was over three months ago.
