Spotify is taking one of Apple’s top podcasts away.
In a tectonic shift in the podcasting world, the Joe Rogan Experience will be moving exclusively to Spotify later this year. Spotify has been a Johnny-come-lately in the podcasting world, but the company clearly hopes that this and other moves will vault it to first place.
“The podcast is moving to Spotify,” Rogan announced in a video on Spotify’s website. “I signed a multi-year licensing agreement with Spotify.”
