Creative brief (or not)

Anyone who does a lot of projects has experience with project overviews, plans, schedules, and strategies.

Most organizations try to put those together in some kind of document called a creative brief, which then goes to a decision-making body for a go, no-go, or yes-but.

Unfortunately most creative briefs are anything but:
