That means it can operate everyday drills and nail guns with the same subtle feedback and touch sensitivity as a seasoned carpenter.

In a recent demonstration, Ziggy proved it’s far more than just a cool lab experiment by successfully assembling a tilt-up concrete panel. By solving the tactile feedback problem that has stumped engineers for decades, Zinova is paving the way for safer, faster, and much more efficient job sites. It looks like the long-awaited holy grail of construction robotics has finally arrived, and the future of building is looking pretty exciting.
