“Agents are the new apps,” HubSpot CTO and co-founder Dharmesh Shah said Thursday at the company’s INBOUND conference in Boston.
“Wave three of AI is here,” Salesforce Senior Vice President Adam Evans told me last week in preparation for the company’s annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco. “And it’s agents.”
